Having 1.7 on some pvp gamemode would be nice but you would have to constantly relog to go on another server. Secondly, many of the pvp centred servers have 1.8 items such as factions and op factions and prison, so this is a problem with downgrading. Also pvp without ds3 is just dreadful.

They could change the all the pvp based and allowed gamemodes to 1.7 Actually I do not think you are an old player this server came out in 2013 and was created during 1.7, so they could downgrade It could also get new donators and players to come and join the mv family why? Those are two seperate servers they have nothing alike apart from using the higher minecraft updates mineplex is a bigger server and mineverse is actually very pvp centered Yes it is young man xD
Since the update for 1.8 has already happened and has been set in, this won't happen. If we did downgrade it to 1.7, we'd have to reset probably all or most of the gamemodes. And I don't really see any perks to doing this. At least we don't have the update that everyone was upset about (pretty sure it was 1.9)

factions, creative, and opfactions are big ones. switch to 1.7 and people will start quitting. just because there are some gamemodes on the server that are pvp based doesn't mean there aren't any that aren't on 1.8.
not really actually vise versa they will start joining in your opinion, but im speaking for over half the mv players LOL
either way, this won't be done. there's just too much that you'd have to reset and it would upset the balance on the server. also, don't double and triple post. you can put multiple quotes in comments, you know.
