I have a few reason why I think I should be mod. :pomp: = I think are my key characteristics 1. Honesty:pomp: I think I show a large range of honesty. I rarely lie to people and when I am honest I express it nicely and positively as possible. I understand being a moderator is a reflection of the server and myself so I wish to keep it positive. 2. Confidence When things are not working right as I had planned I still keep my confidence and head up. Also I make sure everyone is still up and ready. Making sure they are working. 3. Clarity I understand what to say yes to and no to. I keep what is in my range and not try to pass that and mess up. I keep what is most important to me and make sure I am really clear about what I do 4. Positive Attitude :pomp: This is my favorite trait of them all. I have seen many people just get down after short little thing. I have learned to keep my head up and smiling even when things may be down and sad. I do my best to make sure other players are still positive even if I may feel negative. 5. Engagement In game the mob arena may be still impossible to hit mobs, but when people ask if anyone wants to join it, I most often join in and use a wolf. I like to be part of the conversation and not sit back. I will take most charge when needed. 6. Creativity & Intuition:pomp: So you may ask, what does creativity have to do with traits for being a mod? Well it really helps to be an outside the box thinker. I may see eye-to-eye with most people not. I can learn to make them feel good. I am also a great worker in school when it comes to this. So if a clear path is not cut. I can make on to follow. 7. Experience:pomp::pomp: Besides Crew and Cyp, I am one of the longest and continue members on hellblock since it started (Yes Pops your one too). I have played this server for a long time. So I understand how to play and how to help people the best to my ability. I can solve most problems in situations with my long time being on the server 8. Compassion I don't just care about certain people. I try to care for everyone. I make sure I give everyone the same amount of attention and make sure everyone is having the same experience level as the rest. 9. Commitment :pomp: I really like this server. I play on it a lot. So I would not slowly stop playing this server If I start I will finish my duties here for as long as I can. Mostly when I get a chance Ill try to come on (I say mostly because I would like to practice soccer or go out with friends). But I would never back down and try my best to hopefully still be hellblock's current most active member. 10. Humor I believe this is a great one to have. I show people I'm not just like a robot or something I actually can be funny and not dull all the time. It creates a more positive place for people. I use appropriate humor as well for younger kids and trying to keep others positive with it. 11. Non-Bias:pomp: In taking sides of something, I look at evidence and information over relationship. All rules apply to every single person the exact same amount. I will not take a side of a friend if the other side is correct. Picking what is best and most accurate decision is the best one. 12. Patience I can wait a long time. I have learned over the years is waiting brings the best things in life. Doing quick things usually come out with the least results. The best is to take is slow and correct leaving little or no mistake. I do not rush to a anything too obvious I make sure all the facts are right. How long can you be active on the server everyday? Currently I can be on: Monday-Friday 2-3 hours Weekends 3-5 hours It usually depends if I have a soccer game and or practice. How long have you been playing Mineverse? I started playing mineverse over a year and a half ago. I took a pause for 1 monthsor so than joined back in late December. However on hellblock terms, I've played since it opened as a new server about 2-3 years ago but also took a 2 month brake or so after I was demoted. Have you ever been banned in the past? I have never been banned on mineverse Do you have any past experience as a moderator? Past moderator experiences I have had is being a T-Mod (Trial Moderator) on the old hellblock for 1 year when it was it's own server. Than 2 small servers I was also a moderator as well as a admin. Which two servers would you like to moderate?
