No offense, but this needs a lot more detail and more expression of the person you are to be considered.
Add mord detail about why you should be a mod. 50% support. You are active and mature. I May change my mind if I see more detail.

I will be honest here: No support. You are rude and can be very immature at times. You are not friendly in-game to newbies and in more than one occasion I have seen you make fun of them. You barely have any detail and you made the font larger to make it seem bigger. Put the font to the actual size and again, add more detail! Also are you aware of the process? You do know that seeing a hacker is not enough to ban them and is classified as abusing so yeah. Ask yourself. Are you really ready for mod? Will you be active the next 3-8 months?
Elaborate on how skyping mods helps you be a good mod if your not necessarily talking to them about moderating. (Remember fish are friends not food) Why are you putting that on a mod app?!

Here is another example: Rude? No, not rude at all, probably because you were rude to him. Yeah, in game newbies... are you saying you never made fun of them? You even make fun of me too! Just no. Lol there is something called mod chat on this server. Everyone knows about it lol. Only mods can use it and he can use that. I never said he couldn't skype I just said how does skyping help him become a good mod if he doesn't nesseccerily talk about moderating. Lol
Try to become a bit more active on forum and get a higher title. Try to add more information in your application it will always help you, if you can mention as much as possible under all the questions.
