Im going to keep this short because I have to leave for work soon. I belive The application for mod should have a Age requirement. like 13-16 somwhere in there. Just to make sure the mods are mature. There is so much more I want to say but I have stuff to do. I just belive 12 & under is too young for this responsibility of moderating a big server like this.
No Support. Maturity isn't always dependent upon age. There are people, as stated by @TradeOffer , that are capable of being good moderators despite being young. Having a rule like this wouldn't help at all. People could just lie about their age, and those that are below your set age requirement and aren't willing to lie, are probably the ones that ought to be considered for a moderating position anyway. Besides that, there are many players that are above your suggested requirement that are extremely immature and unfit for a position as moderator. This idea doesn't help to filter out immature applicants, it only stops mature ones from applying.
