Hi, I recently donated for an upgrade to supreme and when I logged in I had it in the lobby. Then when I logged onto the other servers I had my rank, later I logged onto Op and I was still an elite. As I went on I relogged and even reset my Minecraft. Then I emailed [email protected] but I'm worried that they get so many that mine might be missed so I was wondering if I can try to get help early. I even have screenshots of the rank on infection etc.
Thank you for your concerns . However, the support team is busy as you know. However all members who have rank issues have to email support. We can't help one over the other.
