Hello mineverse community this is a simple guide how to determine wether to make a support ticket or to make a help post, alot of users come to me with this issue they don't know what to do so here's a few examples to help you guys. When making a support ticket. If you cannot do any command that you have bought or need that was never recieved with a rank make a ticket. Since only admins can handle this and fix this ingame don't make a help section post, this is for Community, Moderators, Senior Moderators, & Staff Managers to reply to. Only Admins, Developers, and Owners have the ability to fix a command addons to your game. Anything internal with thats broken with your game normal staff cannot help you with so make a ticket. Here's How. Click on support tickets. Choose Submit New Ticket. Help Forum. A example to make a help post would be a general question here's just a example but someone would make it asking 'How do I apply for Moderator or A employee/volunteer, When you ask similar questions to how to join the discord or things people can give a answer too thats not to technical like fixing a command make a help post. Your questions will be answered by lower staff therefore saving our higher staffs time such as Admins, Developers to handle bugs and broken permissions.
