      I know this doesn't sound like a hack but XX_Rolf_XX is always Idle and is hacking by blocking the timing out. I'd be very grateful to get this hacker out the lobby ;).

      There are various free programs you can use such as OBS or Bandicam to record. If you do not have video evidence I will have to close this.
