      You mean "έχουμε"? Because έχουν means "they have/are having", so you would be saying "My condolences, they are having a nice day" whereas έχουμε means "we have/are having".

      Oops. I misunderstood. What you want to say is "have a nice day". In that case, you'd have to correct what you said with "σου εύχομαι να έχεις μια ωραία ημέρα", which means, "I wish you have a goοd day".
