Sometimes, usually without my contacts in, I'll stare at one place and keep my eyes open. My vision will get blurry, and I'll hear static, and every other sound dies out. Then when I blink my eyes it'll stop but go back to it again after a few seconds. When I move, it feels as if I had just come out of a coma and it's hard to walk. I also feel dizzy afterwards and at the beginning. I've come close to passing out before. Very close.

What about you guys? Anything?

this actually happens to me, and i wear contacts, too.

i have temporal lobe epilepsy, and the 'seizures' are exactly like that. i will often find myself stare at one place, my vision will get blurry, and i'll get a dizzy feeling. i will also get a sense of deja vu. however, i can't say it's the same for you lol. does it last a few seconds? if this happens often, i'd see your doctor as you may have it as well. it's nothing to freak out over, though.
