Issue: He is a God ranked Player at KitPvP 2 but is a regular Player at KitPvP 1
Reason why im writing this?: He cant figure out how to do it so yeah

 

Your best bet is to email [email protected] with the same content you posted here. One small suggestion I might make is in the screenshot you are showing you don't have a rank, maybe be in kitpvp1 while taking it.
