No its not bad spelling. He just gives an unwanted rating to the people who do not support him. He's pretty immature by doing that, and it just lowers his chances
No Support. As stated by Scorvix, giving a neutral or negative rating shows that you are a bit immature. It will lower your chances of become a Moderator.
