I'll give an update after 24 hours have passed. The reason it got banned is because a known hacker bypassed ban on it, now he doesn't even play minecraft any more and I'd like to use the account again.
Sorry to burst your bubble but TheDeadlyKing tells his friends that he is coming back. However, I was in your position once, I let him use my account so people wouldn't target him (he wasn't banned at the time) and he got me banned on ALL the popular servers then he advertised in the lobby and got it banned.
