Ignorance is never an excuse. In order for the server to actually start a file named "eula.txt" must contain the line "eula=true" which means they're well aware of the EULA. The agreement has been around for a while now, it's 100% the owners faults for not following it. @CypriotMerks thanks for posting the update on Minetime too. Appreciate it.

Are you going to tell us what's been removed and changed and after the server is un black listed you should have a another sale for a day or 2 because there will be new perks
I really hate how OP Prison is restarting cause if you guys know despicable has been playing for 2 years on it and now his hard worked plot is gone and hopefully we are able to get more then 1 plot for ranked people, but on the bright side at least our 2 Owners are working on new perks so we still get kits and other commands that were deleted. Hi I can't get on to any of the servers you mentioned in the thread.It says "Can't connect to server" just wanna know why the other two (mineverse.org, skywars.com) aren't working.
I love mineverse dont get me wrong so i took some time to look at the eula rules and found out why the server was backlisted try to make money from anything we've made (mojang eula) This is exactly why the server was backlisted. wake up mojang are only in it for the money and anyone else who makes profit from their game is backlisted.
