Ign: Cloked Good evening Mineverse, I am creating this thread because I have been having an issue with coupons in the shop. Every time I upgrade another player for in game loot, I get an email with a 10% coupon. However, whenever I go to use it in the shop, although it is unused and not expired, it always says "You are not allowed to redeem this coupon". Does anyone know how to resolve this issue? I have around 10+ coupons which straight up just don't work.
Nah they aren't, I had some come in yesterday that aren't working. I have 10+ that are unused and expire in May that don't work
To my knowledge you are capable of stacking 2 max, I have been able to stack 2 (10% each) a few times but not any higher. But now, they just aren't workin in general.
I mean, I just asked two mods and they both said that you're most likely not supposed to be able to stack two coupons on top of eachtother. There's an exception if you use a coupon code with money in them and stack it with a 10% code. Other than that, it shouldn't be possible, and if you did succeed to do such a thing, then it must've been a bug of some sort..?` However, the buycraft thingy is really slow and I think there's something wrong with it. I bought someone a rank earlier today and it took like an hour for him to get it, and I didn't get my receit until much later.
Strange. However, Im not constantly tryin to stack. Even just trying to type in 1 code which came 2 days ago that expires late May still wont work.
if you bought a rank for someone else, the coupon appears under their name. unless you buy something else under the same username and use the code then, the code won’t work. they only apply to the IGN that’s on the email, so using them for a different account won’t work
