2. The offender's exact ingame name: You see, the thing ends like 10 blocks away from Neptoonee's claim so I'm guessing it's them
   
3. A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it: building a dirt structure 40-60 blocks away from my claim (so within render distance). if you need more on this I'd be fine to show you the dms with aly i had while talking to her about this
