Made a clan to join with some of my friends for fun. Only one of them were able to join the clan, when the other one tried it said our clan tier is not high enough and we need to upgrade it.

Any answers?

Have you tried disbanding it and making another clan?

 

Thanks, it worked! Another way was also just having my friend make it and promoting me up to leader.
