i had a problem where i would have to buy vip again about a month ago so i made a report about it and this past couple weeks i decided to buy up to god on the half price weekend and i bought up to god and sense u guys said it would take a week or two to fix my rank i got board of waiting so i bought god and then u guys finally fix it a month later and changed me from god back to vip. can you pleas help me fix this problem.

It's best to not rely on someone to message the owner about rank issues, as it is likely that he would forget about it, he's human. Ok so: Step 1 - Get those two screenshots above (or take different ones, if you'd like) that show your different ranks. Step 2 - Email [email protected] and state your issue Step 3 - Wait for 5 days. Step 4 - After 5 days, if it hasn't been solved, reply to your email and "bump" it up.
