Now that I got that out of the way, I would like to give you two tips on performing a safe trade. Use a mod as a middleman. When performing a trade like this, the person with the cash or items gives the mod what was asked for in the trade. They will hold it until the rank goes through. Keep in mind this can take about 5 minutes for the upgrade to go through. Once it does go though, the mod will then complete the trade. Record This is still risky compared to using a mod as a middle man, but it will prevent some players from scamming you out of items or cash. Start recording before the trade takes place. Record a little after the trade ends/or after you are scammed. Let them know you are recording at the start of the trade. We can not get your items back if you are scammed doing this. We can only ban the player provided proper evidence. Remember, If you feel that the player is sketchy/dodgy or that you can't trust them, DO NOT TRADE WITH THEM. It is better to have not made a risky trade, then to be out of your items or in game cash. Also if a "deal" is too good to be true it probably is.
The think with that is the mod should not complete the transaction until the the other person gets the rank. So how did you get scammed using a mod?
Ppl still scam even if there's a mod watching, cuz its only 7 days. They don't even care about others Nice guide anyways
The Moderator will hold on to the items/cash until the rank is successfully registered and given to the other player. Then, the Moderator will pass the items and cash to the player who had bought the rank for the other player. I'm pretty sure that's what Vaxix meant. And if you're one of those people who are scared that even a Moderator wouldn't want to give the items, you can use a recording software such as QuickTimePlayer (Mac) or Bandicam.
The risk for the moderator is that if the person buying the rank charge backs then it doesn't look good for the mod.
