I was going to try to get my rank upgraded from sponsor to vip. A person by the name of The_hosselaar decided to say he would do the deal. I paid him half expecting the rank he logged off and then came back about 10 mins after. I was waiting and so i said "pay me my cash back or do the deal" And he said "lol" and i wanted to get him banned for this depending on how many times i believe it should be a 7-21D ban? He refused to give the cash back. I am not sure how to post a screenshot but i will soon figure out.

 

Sadly you have to record the trade for proof, and he could be banned.
