Dear Mineverse Owners, I have just recently though about this idea to add an infection voteparty. Basically, every 60 votes that happen globally on the mineverse server, everyone who is online will recieve 2 levels from an infection voteparty. Or, every 15 votes that only occur from the infection server, everyone online will recieve 1 level. To better support you server, people who have voted currently voted on the same day as the vote party, will recieve an extra level compared to the people that hadn't voted. I believe this could encourage more people to vote. This is a little bit off topic, but for anyone reading this forum post I am building an infection map and if you want to help me build it, my IGN is johnpick. Hopefully that map turns out well and it can be added to infection. Sadly, lava or water doesn't work so I add signs to represent lava or water, or certain blocks.
That's a fine idea johnpick; having levels as a reward instead of items/exp bottles is surely less of a hassle for a gamemode like Infection. You have my support on the first point... ...but probably not the second one: it'd be much more troublesome implementing it.
