This has happened to me too, i would recommend you to contact [email protected] by email, due to most of the staff do not have the power to fix this for you, it's probably something to do, with @Noobcrew or @CypriotMerks due to there the ones with the most power, i think they both have access to the email but you've got to make sure you fill out the template correctly to send them an email otherwise they may not fix it for you. - Template http://www.mineverse.com/threads/mineverse-support-email-help-template.5743/
