Hi I'm here because I'm still banned in the shop and it's because I made a chargeback so I contacted buycraft and they said that I needed the server owner to change the chargeback threshold for me I will attach the email they sent me along with the message I get when I try to upgrade my rank, please help.

I also believe that I can just be white listed from the chargeback I will also attach that picture from butcrafts website.

You will have to clear up the chargeback. If you have cleared up your chargeback, you will need proof of that. Its highly unlikely that the chargeback threshold is going to be raised just so you can get a rank. Im just stating my feelings. You will need to email [email protected] and talk with them there. Here on forums, we cannot handle this type of issue. Since we cannot handle the issue and I have explained how to go about getting it handled, I am closing this thread.
