Hello.
I posted a ban on someone before, and it got immediately denied and shut down for no reason. So, I reported the mods that denied it and won... and was scolded over and over for not "simply writing the staff directly instead of reporting them" for them closing my ban report for no reason without letting me respond first to their action. I stated that I had NEVER been on a forum in my life that closed posts with zero dialog between the staff and the poster. I was told I was still wrong.


Well, so I posted a new report on a player, Rubyss88 for glitch abusing and/or hacking.
It once again was immediately denied and closed with ZERO dialog between me and the staff that closed it...
He said there was insufficient evidence, which is bs because I JUST had 2 people banned for the SAME thing.
So, I wrote him, and its been over a day and I havent had a response.
When I reported a staff the first time, I got a response within minutes... not days..

What do I do? (thats a real question I want answered)

Why isnt Rubyss88 banned for the same thing chronic got banned for? (thats a real question I want answered)

1. You denied my post, laughed and locked it without me being able to respond, so I wanna first ask a question, then comment.
   
   My question is, obviously thats a glitch, since my land is protected and he cant break glass... so the question is, is glitch abusing ok?
   
   My comment, is twofold. #1 you see in the second video that I was like 2 blocks away and he basically insta "broke" broke the glass and hit me. So point is, I wasnt close to the glass. My second part, is I died 3 times from a room with NO glass... and my fac member JJCraft26 died twice in a room with WOOD...
   
   Is that allowed too? So basically a couple questions and comments, if you can address them all without me re asking that would be great.

Still no answer.

I simply want Rubyss88 banned for hacking/glitch abusing, for hitting me and my members through walls AND glass.

 

(I would also LOVE... for staff to be told... to stop closing posts without having dialog first between the poster and staff.. so that this can be prevented. God only knows how many people have to go through this each day and just get fed up and let themselves be attacked by hackers all day.
Simple request, but its a secondary one to the main post above.)

 

Making threads like these do nothing. If you feel like a Mod isn't doing their job; report them.

 

I really have no reponse to this.. Staff try their hardest, you can't blame them every time this happens.

 

Report the moderator if you feel the moderator has not been doing his/her job properly. Give these reasons in the report and include sufficient evidence. Otherwise, if a moderator has not replied, maybe it's because they are busy with stuff outside of Mineverse. You cannot expect us to be on here 24/7, we have lives.

 

Why is this in the "Help" section and not in the Report a Mod section?

 

I explained what all 3 of you have said already.

Ok you are the one not understanding. If a staff member denys one of your reports you are to message the staff member to change it and why it should be changed. I dont see why you're complaining when the player is banned lol, I must be missing something.

The player ISNT banned, if they are NO ONE told me and my report is still open.

AND every single issue I keep complaining about is still unresolved.

Great now I have 2 threads open cuz this one was closed without dialog and then reopened after I reported the staff. What a pandoras box.

 

Could you link the player report to us if it's resolved, or can you link the evidence?

Like, doesnt everyone agree that simply saying "I need more evidence" and leaving the thread open for more to posted a very basic and simple courtesy that anyone would do for someone else?

Proof I was told not to report staff by an Admin:

"I suggest next time to simply message the mod. How easily this could have been fixed. There was no reason to report them for abuse when there was clearly none.
This report is invalid.

The thread that I looked at and banned the player for, was clear block glitching.

Even so, he made an appeal and it was accepted.

Next time, message me a report and I will look at it.

 

Just want to say Rubyss88 is a hacker, I reported him before on KitPvP and he was banned.

Seems like hackers run around all day around factions... takes days to even get a staff member to even respond to questions.

 

The report was denied because it is so obvious that she block glitched. She broke the glass and in the time period of the glass regenerating, she hit Random. It isn't hacking.
