A quick note, the title is still being thought of, so the annotation and title may be changed later. I am a believer. I speak my mind as imaginatively as I can. Some people, won't believe everything I say; for example, "the world, is only in your imagination". But that quote, doesn't do much to supply my point. A more suggestive quote for this case, would be "a mans determination and focus, is all he'd need to live a successful life". I want people to believe what I say, so the best way to prove that, is to demonstrate it. One man, uses his keen focus, to build an entire city, to prove his point. He already knows his goal, is the most time consuming, difficult, and painful job imaginable, yet he decides to continue, nothing can stop a believers determination. Now to get out of my character. My goal is to create a city, to lecture people, that with a little bit of time and effort, anything is possible. I've never been the best with building, neither have I been the most keen, so this will be taxing to my mental conscious. This will be a journey all can take, but only one may experience. I hope to surprise everybody with what I can do, ans move from there. To add some more challenge into this, I'd like to ask everybody to supply a twist that may affect the innovation. The twist cannot be. Anything that restricts me from using a certain type of block(s) Destroying any part of the village a set amount of lives anything that affects the outlook of the build itself Restricting me from using any sort of tool, or mining a type of block More to come later. Most will be based off of others suggestions. Anyway, I'll conclude the story and plan here. For the time being, goodbye!
RESERVED for Timeline, Changelog, and announcements. Announcement: None :( Timeline:Time spent: 7 hours, 42 minutes. Days total: Day Six Logs: Day one: I begin my quest, attempting to succeed, and progress as far as possible. Today, I tried my best to start up my home, and prep food, supplies, and various blocks, along with creating significant farms. Day two: Not much happened today, I expanded my base, adding more farms, and a few more levels designed for exploration purposes. Now, I just need to clear up the area, and I think I can begin my actual project. Day three: Unfortunately, I took the day off, to play with some friends :( Day four: The base continues to grow, nothing much has happened. Day five: After a very long break, I return with this! The goal for the remainder of the day is set up a daily routine to set up, to focus on specific fields for certain periods of time. As of this time, the Skygrid is still at it's original standpoint as left off, and will be continued with my current 3 hour routine idea. Let's experiment for the best. Day six: Musical experimenting today. Trying to learn if much more hardcore music (such as Hardstyle), makes me feel a bit more revved up for whatever I'm doing, regardless of how annoying, repetitive, or difficult the task is. I'm also using this to see if I have boosted performance from when I listen to softer music, or no music whatsoever. Today, I'll focus on listening to much more upbeat music, to see what will happen. Odds are I'll be doing this again and again, till I have confirmed results, that seem similar during each period. OK, now goodbye
This is the best idea I have ever heard concerning skygrid. I wish you good luck in your endeavor and if you would like any assistance in the form of obtaining/purchasing tools or blocks, just shoot me a pm.
Just to note, I am working on the daylog, and time statistics. Keep in mind, not everything will be accurate, and I'll add photos when things get interesting.
