Unfortunately using Minecraft me is not breaking any rules unless this player were muted. You are just going to have to ignore him and not give him the attention that he is wanting from you. I'm sorry that you and him aren't getting along right now. I do not feel that this is enough for harassment so I am going to have to close for lack of evidence, I'm sorry.
