EDIT | I originally flagged this report as warned and warned the player, after seeing the context that you (seemingly purposefully) left out, I have unwarned this player and put this report as lack of evidence. Considering that you seemed to be egging this player on to break a rule and even dared him to say it to you. If you left the context out on purpose just to get this player in trouble and antagonized this player just to get him to say something that would get him in trouble, I would recommend not doing it again. Closing for lack of evidence.
