      Beginning today, February 13 2016:
      New members will have to make 25 posts in order to "like" posts or use the rating system.
      This was made in an effort to protect users from rate abusers.

      Please remember if you are a new member your posts will have to be approved by a moderator so please make sure not to spam the forums or those posts will be deleted.

      **I will leave this open for a bit to answer questions and have any discussions wanted about the change**

      What about new people that have joined the forums today and have rate abused? For example @stimpy shocked rate abused @PopperZ profile.

      I went to him with my concerns and we brainstormed ideas on a solution. This was his idea, and I can't thank him enough. I just made the thread informing you all. He did all the work.

      Thanks again @CypriotMerks for taking this seriously and finding a solution.
