Ok lets be blunt! balance the shop and make it easier to purchase things OOORRRR fix the crappy plug-in that doesn't let you mine and farm things. either make the shop more balanced or make it to where villagers work and let people mine blocks like glowstone and quarts ores. I know some servers make it difficult to buy things to encourage players to farm and grind but both those lings are impossible on this server. Iron farms wont work so unless you're a donator you're screwed. To be completely honest it feels like an armature threw this server together in one day no offense.
