So I use to very active on this server for a good year and I use to be Elite.. and someone demoted me to premium this has happened before by the way. I use to have a photo of me saying "test" in chat after getting it, I'm sure you could just ask for the email I used to donate with and give my rank back
Do you have a screenshot of when you were an Elite, If so email [email protected] Only other way Is to get Cyps attention In game, but don't harass him If he doesn't respond Whenever hes on He gets spammed.
