We need to have proof that the user actually healed himself and not healed by others. This would've been done by getting all online titans to /heal you to confirm they're not on cooldown. Seeing as it is a bit too late to do that now I will deny this report. Thank you for the report. Unfortunately the evidence provided is insufficient.
