2. The offender's exact ingame name: sirwolfb024
3. A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it: They admitted to using the Wurst client. They then proceeded to expand on the fly hacks that they use.

You need hard evidence if they're saying their hacking doesn't always mean they are hacking they could just be lying.
